By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, or commissioning any service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. Where we enter into a separate signed proposal, quotation or service contract with you, that document governs the specific engagement and prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
These Terms and any engagement are governed by the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah, including the regulations of the SRTIP Free Zone Authority. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of any signed contract, the competent courts and authorities of the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
We provide IT consulting and maintenance, networking and WiFi, security and surveillance (including SIRA-compliant CCTV, access control and time attendance), and training services. Descriptions on this website are for general information. Specific deliverables, timelines, warranties and pricing are set out in individual proposals, quotations or contracts. Any advice provided is based on the information you supply and the conditions observed at the time.
Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be revised following a site survey or a change in scope, product availability or applicable duties and taxes. Prices are exclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise; VAT and any applicable government or free-zone fees will be added where required by law. Payment terms are agreed per engagement, and title to any goods supplied remains with us until payment is received in full.
Certain installations, in particular security and surveillance systems, are subject to the requirements of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), the relevant Emirate’s police authority, telecom providers and other competent authorities. Where an engagement requires such approvals, compliance is delivered to the applicable specification agreed in writing. You are responsible for granting site access and any landlord, building-management or authority permissions reasonably required to perform the work.
Hardware and third-party products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a signed contract, and to the extent permitted by UAE law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to IVY International FZC and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names, product names and logos referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, without implying any affiliation or endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for that engagement, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Communications and transactions conducted through this website are governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. By submitting information through our forms or by email, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us in connection with your enquiry or engagement.
